Information ProductManager Collects Locally
ProductManager is a desktop application that stores data locally on your computer:
- Shopify API Credentials: Your Client ID and Client Secret are encrypted and stored locally using Windows DPAPI. We never have access to these credentials.
- Product Data Cache: Product information from your Shopify store is cached locally for performance. This data never leaves your computer.
- Application Settings: Your preferences and configuration are stored locally.
Information We Do NOT Collect
We want to be clear about what we don't collect:
- Your Shopify product data, prices, or inventory
- Your customer information
- Your sales or order data
- Your Shopify API credentials
- Usage analytics or telemetry from ProductManager
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests
- Process license purchases and send license keys
- Send important product updates and security notices
- Improve our products and services
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. ProductManager encrypts sensitive data using Windows DPAPI, and all communication with our servers uses HTTPS encryption.
Third-Party Services
ProductManager connects directly to Shopify's API using your credentials. We do not act as an intermediary. Your data flows directly between ProductManager on your computer and Shopify's servers.
If you use AI features, ProductManager sends product information to your chosen AI provider (Google, Anthropic, or OpenAI) using your API key. We do not have access to this data.
Data Retention
We retain contact and support correspondence for as long as necessary to provide support and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
