What happens after 12 months?
Your software keeps working exactly as it does today. You just stop receiving new updates unless you renew.
How much does renewal cost?
$79/year for Essentials, $139/year for Professional, $239/year for Enterprise. Renewal is optional and you decide each year whether to renew.
Are there any automatic charges?
No. We don't auto-renew. When your 12 months of updates is up, we'll let you know — if you want another 12 months, you click a link and pay. If you don't, nothing happens and your software keeps running.
What if I skip a year and want to renew later?
That works. You can renew at any time to get another 12 months of updates starting from the day you renew.
Will my software stop working if I don't renew?
No. The version you own keeps working indefinitely. The only thing that stops is access to newer versions.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. HFProductManager talks to your Shopify store over the internet — without a connection, you can't sync products, make changes, or use most features. It's not designed for offline use.
Can I move my licence between machines?
Yes. Your licence supports multiple machine activations — 2 on Essentials, 3 on Professional, 5 on Enterprise. Deactivate on one machine to free up a slot, then activate on another. No contacting support required.
